FRANCHISING OPPORTUNITY
We are looking to open 10 outlets/franchise locations in the Johannesburg area within the next 12 months.
TOTAL COST: R395K EXCL VAT (Complete Turnkey Package, including startup stock).
We provide:
- Full installation (including RO systems, tanks, filtration, workstations, etc.)
- All equipment (modern, brand-new equipment)
- Shopfitting (contemporary shopfitting to ensure a welcoming storefront)
- Signage (latest signage to meet mall or shopping centre requirements)
- POS software system
- Full staff training with uniforms (professional training for both staff and franchisee)
- Stock to start operations immediately
- An account facility for purchasing raw materials, bottles, caps, etc., directly from our factory
Our factory has been in operation for over 10 years. All products will be supplied to you at discounted prices, ensuring your profit margins range between 35% to 60% across all product lines. We provide a complete turnkey solution from start to finish.
You will need:
- Shop space of around 60 square metres (preferably on the ground floor with high foot traffic)
- An 80% deposit payment, with the remaining 20% due when we open the doors
- A fixed monthly franchise fee of R5000 plus VAT (no hidden fees or additional costs) for continuous support
